California Dreamin'
(Subtitled: Why The Boy wants to move to San Diego) I like cold and snow just as well as the next hearty New Englander, but this is getting ridiculous.
Hey, Mom...send Dad out here and I'll go to the Caymans with you!
Well good morning from somewhere colder and snowier. (I guess there is always somewhere "worse". This morning school is late, as it was yesterday, not so much from the snow, but the temperture. It is currently -29, that is without wind chill! Yesterday, Shaun's uncle had to come over with a tractor to make a decent path. It looked like we were mice making narrow little trails to the road and cars. The good new is, it will be over soon! RIGHT? Bundle up!
Oh Paige! I should just stop complaining. At least school is canceled here today. And, as another point of reference, Pat has been in Atlanta all week, where the high today will be an obscene 37 degrees. I'm not sure the grocery stores will open down there due to the harsh weather conditions. ;-)

I used to live in Naperville, many years ago.
The snow is beautiful, but I can't say I miss it all that much.
