Can You Guess?

Look at the pictures and see if you can guess what we were celebrating yesterday on the Ark?

Hint: Don't forget my use of the Northeastern vernacular in this case.

Cyber-bragging rights to the first one who guesses correctly!

All those Pizza Pies made me think you might be celebrating Pi day.

Since March 14 is Pi day, I'm guessing that's what your family celebrated. :)

Agreed w/ c and m. The question is did you celebrate between the hours of 1 and 2PM?

As a matter of fact we did, but only because we like to eat our dinner between 1 and 2 Hawaii-Aleutian time. It's just our favorite time zone. We can't get enough of it.

(Have I geeked out enough to confess that we are not the Pi-Day elitists I once thought? I'm off to hang my humble (Pi) head in shame. )

Jane
who is not nearly as Pi-riffic as Christine, Michelle and Cath. Sigh.

Man - you guys are way ahead of me. Never heard of Pi Day, but it makes sense. I was thinking you were just celebrating Friday (which is, IMHO, enough reason to celebrate). All I could think of this week was the significance of Saturday. Anyone? ;-) At least the day passed uneventfully (for me, anyways).

Oh Faith,

How could I have forgotten the ides? Now a literary reference to my lack of knowledge...

Cute! Our older girls both did "pi" projects in high school for a freshman or sophomore math class, I forget which.

Meanwhile, I tagged you for a meme. I'd love to see your response to it, but if you're in too contemplative a mood in Holy Week to bother with it, I'll understand! :)

St. Jo? (biting my nails :-) ). I can't figure out the meaning of the cicular shape. But then it must have been one of the kiddies b-days.

By the way, Jane, I finally posted the meme on the parables, and you got an award...
Love,
Easter:-)

How does one even find out it's pi day?!?! It must have been accidently left off my calendar! ;)
